Remotes have been released for iPhones and iPod touches to control the television sets but this is something new and free. By the help of Tizi remote app and a dongle named Tizi go which costs ?139.99 and ?99.99 in the Germany as its not available out of Germany.
The Tizi application is free in the App Store. After attaching the dongle to the iPad, place it where ever you want and control it by the Tizi application the shows, movies and music can be controlled by it plus with Siri too in the iPhone 4S.
